Various types of Studio training are available for those that prefer to train as part of a group, below are three different types of class that can help achieve the results you want.

Studio Cycling

Spinning is definitely not a ride in the park. It will amp up VO2 max (the rate oxygen is carried to the muscles), a sign the body is being pushed. The intense pedalling will work your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and core. Indoor cycling can help shed unwanted pounds whilst keeping impact on your joints to a minimum

Metabolic Circuits

Compound exercises with little rest in between in an effort to maximise calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. … That’s why this metabolic HIIT circuit uses compound exercises with resistance to help you build muscle fast.

Gym Boxing

Classes involve a variety of moves and techniques, such as shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. It is usually accompanied by music and is a safe, fun and challenging way to get a good, all-over workout.
