Paula Halliday

Having been on her own fitness journey, Paula is familiar with the difficulties of training, and how hard it can be to stay committed. After struggling for years with various types of diet plans and ideas Paula lost a significant amount of weight through exercise and proper nutrition. This personal experience has helped her understand the struggles both physically and mentally that everybody goes through in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Paula also has first hand experience of the importance of being active and looking after yourself.

Paula’s journey has made her want to help others achieve what she has, and discover the benefits of training in a new light. As a friendly and approachable Personal Trainer Paula really is here to help you.
